Series Production of Shells

The new technique was developed for the high-speed drying of water soluble slurries. All customary waxes and sands can also be processed without any problems.

The advantages:

• The shell construction time is reduced by the factor 20 – 30.
• Saving of material of up to 25 %.
• The shell strength and permeability is increased.

All systems are manufacture individually according to customers’ specifications; no system equals the other one. The basis is a stable steel frame which is clad with steel sheet. The actual drying chamber and the sophisticated aerodynamic mixing zones consist of 3-D-sheets.
